Challenge:

INUI Gaming enlisted NetShopping to engage and expand their gaming community while reinforcing the brand as a trailblazer in fair and secure gaming. The dual challenge was to communicate the effectiveness of their advanced anti-cheat technology to a broad gaming audience and to enhance user interaction through dynamic community management and motion graphics.

 

 

Community Management:

NetShopping’s strategy for enhancing INUI Gaming’s community presence focused on high-touch, proactive community management tailored to the gaming sector. Our community managers began each day with a ‘morning check’ to review active projects and updates, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects any new developments. This involved checking new projects, studying knowledge bases (KBs), and updating on social network trends relevant to gaming.

Throughout the day, our team handled incoming tasks from clients through channels like Telegram and Discord, employing bots for automation and ensuring that all community posts received responses within five minutes.
